Deanne Stodden‘s practice encompasses all areas of real estate law, business law, banking law and creditor’s rights. The majority of her legal career has focused on the representation of large and small financial institutions along with other creditors in residential and commercial foreclosures, loan workouts, deficiency actions and real estate-related litigation.
Deanne has served on the board for the American Legal & Financial Network (ALFN) since 2019 and was just recently re-elected to a second term. As the largest national organization of its kind, Deanne’s continued place on the board of directors ensures her continued support of the mission of ALFN, work within the ethics committee and the overall enrichment to the mortgage banking community.
The ALFN is a national network of legal and residential mortgage banking professionals that leads the industry as a provider of strategic and timely education. Members of ALFN include a range of professionals from the residential banking community including the following segments: legal, residential mortgage bankers and investors, risk evaluation, investment research, consulting, land and title, technology and asset protection.
