Messner Reeves LLP congratulates Silicon Valley Associate Lindsey Pho for her recent designation as President of the National Conference of Vietnamese American Attorneys (NCVAA).
Since its founding in 2010, the mission of the NCVAA is to promote the education and professional development of Vietnamese Americans in the legal industry while supporting research and education, as well as providing a national network for exchanging ideas. In addition to supporting the local Vietnamese American bar associations around the country, the NCVAA also collaborates with other Asian American groups on issues that affect their communities.
As a member of our Intellectual Property and Corporate practice groups, Lindsey regularly counsels clients on intellectual property issues, trademarks and copyrights, and employment matters. She builds her practice upon years of corporate litigation experience in both federal and state courts. Lindsey is also a native of Silicon Valley, giving her unique insight into the industries that call the area home.
In addition to her involvement with the NCVAA, Lindsey is on the Board of Directors for the Asian Pacific American Bar Association (APABA) of Silicon Valley and the Vietnamese American Professional Women of Silicon Valley. She has earned numerous awards, the most recent of which is the 2024 Business Impact Honoree as Board Member of APABA Silicon Valley (issued by the Asian Law Alliance).
