Messner Reeves LLP is proud to announce that Of Counsel James Randall is being inducted into the Western State College of Law Hall of Fame.
The induction ceremony will be held on May 23, 2026, at the Grove Theater in Anaheim, during the graduation exercises. James is an alum of Western State College of Law and has long been involved with the program, most notably through the annual Hot Dog Day, where he serves up free hot dogs to hardworking law students.

The Western State College of Law Hall of Fame recognizes preeminent graduates among its 12,000+ alumni who have made significant contributions to the legal profession, the broader community, and the College of Law. Inaugurated in 1986 on the twentieth anniversary of the school, the Hall of Fame serves as an inspiration and a reminder of the extraordinarily high standards of conduct to which all should aspire.
Orange County Of Counsel James Randall focuses his practice on litigation and has nearly four decades of experience as a Senior Trial Attorney and Specialty Trial Attorney. He is a frequent lecturer, MCLE educator, and author of numerous law articles and the series of LAWATYOURFINGERTIPS legal publications.
