Chelsey Gonzales – Associate, Las Vegas Office
Chelsey joins the Las Vegas office as an associate. Her practice focuses on civil litigation matters with a concentration in the defense of products liability, premises liability, and construction litigation.
During her time at law school, Gonzalez served as an Associate Editor on Law Review, a Senior Editor of the International Law Journal and as the Vice President of Diversity and President of the American Constitution Society. Gonzalez also served as a teaching fellow for Civil Procedure and worked as a Clinical Extern for the California Innocence Project.
Todd Windisch – Partner, Orange County Office
Todd joined the Orange County office as a partner. Windisch is a seasoned attorney with a plethora of experience defending and advising property owners, managers, general contractor and trade subcontractor clients in commercial and residential construction cases. His main practice focuses on habitability, construction defect and complex catastrophic injury litigation.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Windisch served as an insurance claims professional for almost 20 years. Through this, he has specialized experience in case evaluation, reporting, and resolution, as well as insight and understanding of insurance carriers’ expectations, evaluation needs and communication requirements.
