Messner Reeves Welcomes Three New Attorneys to the Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Denver Offices

Having new attorneys join our team is always exciting as it reveals our growth and paves the way for
future successes. So please join us in extending a warm welcome to the three newest members of the
Messner Reeves team, Sharif Ahmed, Alicia Hagerman, and Dara Keller!

Sharif Ahmed

Sharif Ahmed attended the University of California Santa Barbara after growing up in the same area.
After graduation, he moved to Phoenix to attend law school at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.

Distinction in 2021.

Mr. Ahmed now calls Arizona home, moving there permanently after graduating from law school. His

Alicia Hagerman grew up in Nevada and joins our Las Vegas office on Mike Edward’s team. Here she will
focus on insurance defense litigation. Ms. Hagerman graduated magna cum laude from the University of
Nevada, Reno, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in business administration. She is
also a 2007 graduate of the William S. Boyd School of Law in Las Vegas, Nevada.
When she’s not busy representing clients, Ms. Hagerman enjoys spending time with her family and
friends, reading, and traveling. She is an avid baker who also goes to the gym and plays tennis.
Ms. Hagerman brings additional client value to our Las Vegas office, and we look forward to her future
accomplishments here. Welcome, Alicia Hagerman!

Dara Keller

Partner Dara Keller is no stranger to Messner Reeves. She is a former associate who left to explore other
opportunities in the health law and compliance sectors. Fortunately for us, it didn’t take her long to
realize that Messner Reeves is where she belongs.

She rejoins Michelle Harden’s team in the Denver office, where she will concentrate her practice on
healthcare defense in transaction and compliance, working with various licensing boards, and in
administrative law. Ms. Keller will work with Joyce Maclain, Kari Valentine, and Margaret Gray. She is a
2009 graduate of the Boston University School of Law and has vast experience with HIPPA compliance.
In addition, Ms. Keller is a volunteer with volunteers for Colorado and is the Director of the Colorado
Association for Recovery Residences.

Welcome back, Dara Keller! We know you have many successes awaiting you here.
