Dale Anderson – Associate, Orange County Office
Dale Anderson joins the team with vast experience in comprehensive representation to his clients with the goal of reaching purposeful and appropriate resolution of disputes to clients. Anderson’s experience representing such clients as the Hollywood Park Operating Company, the Regents of the University of California, the Nederlander Organization and Elizabeth Taylor provides him a unique perspective in evaluating situations and controversies. Anderson currently focuses on representing employers in labor matters, including claims of discrimination as well as wage and hour disputes.
Marjorie Ouyang – Associate, Orange County Office
Marjorie Ouyang joins the firm as an associate at the Orange County office. Ouyang has a skilled background in resolving disputes related to residential and commercial real estate transactions, including nondisclosure and fraud issues, bad-faith retention of deposit, real estate investment disputes, easement and landlord-tenant disputes. Ouyang’s practice areas include the defense of litigation involving construction defects, employment law compliance issues and personal injury claims. Ouyang speaks fluent Mandarin and has extensive experience in assisting clients who prefer to communicate with their attorneys in their native language of Mandarin. Ouyang is licensed to practice in New York, California and China.
