Kendra Beckwith, partner at Messner Reeves, recently co-authored an article published in the July issue of Colorado Law Magazine titled, The Duty of Competence in the New Normal. Kendra‘s practice focuses on appellate and complex litigation, and she routinely represents clients before the Colorado Court of Appeals, Colorado Supreme Court, and appellate courts throughout the country.
