CEO and Managing Partner Caleb Meyer and Partner Adam Royval Obtain Complete Defense Verdict

CEO and Managing Partner Caleb Meyer and Partner Adam Royval recently obtained a complete defense verdict after a four-day jury trial in Denver District Court. Following a rear-end accident in 2016, the plaintiff incurred nearly $160,000 in medical expenses. He claimed permanent injury and physical impairment and asked the jury to award $1 million in damages. The jury returned a complete defense verdict in under two hours, finding Messner Reeves’ client was not negligent or the cause of plaintiff’s claimed damages.
