Michelle L. Harden, COO & Managing Partner
As part of the firm’s Litigation and Health Law Practice Groups, Michelle represents individuals and businesses, large and small, in resolving disputes and in all aspects of litigation and trial. Although a significant portion of her practice focuses on representation of physicians, nurses, and other health care professionals, as well as hospitals and other health care entities, she represents many businesses from various sectors. Acting in an inside counsel role, she oversees litigation throughout the United States for a large publicly traded company.

Douglas C. Wolanske, Partner
Douglas has over 30 years of experience as a trial lawyer and has obtained over 50 jury verdicts, primarily in medical malpractice trials. His practice has focused on the defense of complex litigation including medical negligence claims and professional liability in both New York and Colorado. Douglas brings a unique skillset and perspective to the firm’s diverse range of legal matters while demonstrating unwavering support and care for his clients during challenging times.
