Founded in 1996, Every Child Pediatrics seeks to provide accessible, affordable, high-quality health care and support programs to infants, children, and youth across Colorado regardless of their insurance status or family’s ability to pay. With 12 medical offices that serve nearly 24,000 patients each year, the nonprofit organization partners with a diverse team of pediatricians and medical professionals specializing in medical, dental, and behavioral health as well as family support services.
A former nurse, Michelle Harden has extensive experience in defending catastrophic injury cases and multi-district, multi-plaintiff personal injury cases, expertly representing physicians and other health care professionals as well as health care entities. Among her many awards and accolades, Michelle has been recognized by 5280 Magazine Top Lawyers, Super Lawyers and US News & World Report Best Lawyers, was awarded the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association Professionalism Award in 2020, and was named a Notable Woman in Law by BizWest Colorado in 2021. Michelle has also maintained the AV Preeminent Rating by Martindale Hubbell since 2014.
Partner Matthew George is a civil litigation attorney focused on complex civil litigation, including the defense of healthcare professionals, medical practices, and other entities involved in professional negligence and liability claims. His experience includes malpractice claims, employment disputes, and commercial matters in both state and federal courts, and he has served as general counsel for hospitals and medical practices where he has assisted with risk management, contract negotiation, and corporate planning. Matt has been recognized by Colorado Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in healthcare law for the last three years.
