Sejal’s article focuses on premise liability and an examination of potential defense strategies and potential outcomes.
“The first line of defense is to determine if facts or lack thereof of a case may give rise to challenging the success of proving these elements,” she says in the article, before going on to discuss the importance of discovery and factual investigation to backing and formulating defenses.
Sejal focuses her practice on defense litigation, and has extensive experience in insurance defense matters. She is admitted to practice in all California State Courts as well as the Central District of California.
