Deanne Stodden named to 2024 class of ACREL Messner Reeves LLP is proud to announce that Denver Partner Deanne Stodden is one of only two Colorado attorneys named to the 2024 Class of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL).

Founded in 1978, ACREL is a select national association of preeminent commercial real estate attorneys renowned for their focus on service to their clients, colleagues and to the advancement of the profession. Admission to ACREL is by invitation only and involves a rigorous screening process.

By gathering together highly esteemed lawyers in the area of real estate law, ACREL seeks to further promote the high standards of professional and ethical responsibility in the practice of real estate law, as well as drive educational efforts across the industry and consult with national, state, and local bar organizations and government agencies.

Deanne’s practice encompasses a variety of areas in real estate law, business law, banking law, and creditor’s rights. She has extensive experience representing large and small financial institutions, negotiating and advising in real estate matters, and assisting small business and entrepreneurs with a range of business law matters. She is active in the legal community, a frequent author and speaker, and is a part-time faculty member at the University of Colorado Leeds College of Business in Boulder.
