The article focuses on the art of mediation, noting that Bruce and Jeff stand out among their peers “for their ability to guide parties from conflict to resolution as ADR practitioners.” Both attorneys are praised for their insights and approach to mediation, and for their notably different paths to becoming alternative dispute resolution practitioners.

Bruce Montoya is a Partner in the Denver office, and has over 40 years of experience as a highly-revered trial lawyer. He was inducted into the International Society of Barristers (ISOB) in 2002 and has been active in this organization for over 20 years. Bruce has also been a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) since 2006, and in 2022, he was inducted into the International Academy of Trial Lawyers (IATL).
Jeffrey Finley is a Partner in the Phoenix office, and has experience as lead counsel in over 40 jury trials on behalf of defendants and plaintiffs and hundreds of mediations and arbitrations. He has represented a diverse range of clients, helping with complex claims and legal issues across a number of industries.
