Successful Defense Verdict for Orange County Partner Neil Evans!

Messner Reeves LLP congratulates Orange County Partner Neil C. Evans on securing a full defense verdict in a five-day jury trial.

The plaintiff in the case asked the jury for $7.5 million in damages, but was ultimately unsuccessful in convincing the jury. Of Counsel James Grafton Randall contributed Motions in Limine, which helped secure the win.
