Partner Brett Boon has an expansive litigation practice focused on real estate, environmental, and business disputes in both state and federal courts. He represents individuals, commercial entities, and business owners, both on behalf of and against insurance companies. He also has extensive environmental expertise in a range of issues concerning the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), and California State Superfund law, among others.
Senior Associate Sejal Patel focuses her practice specifically on general commercial litigation and insurance defense, and she is admitted to practice in all California State Courts as well as the Central District of California. Previously she served on the executive board of the Barristers section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA) and was the barrister’s liaison to the Diversity in the Law section of LACBA. She is also heavily involved in the Orange County Bar Association and several of its committees.
