After litigating for almost four years on involved claims ranging from breach of contract to discrimination under both federal and state statutes, a federal court jury in the District Court for the Southern District of New York returned a full defense verdict on all five of the Plaintiff’s claims after a nearly two-week trial.
Mikhail Shah is a Partner in the New York office and a member of the Litigation practice group. He regularly represents clients in state and federal courts, frequently focusing on defense of corporate and commercial clients in complex claims and lawsuits, as well as healthcare professionals in medical malpractice cases. Mikhail is an experienced litigator in all aspects of civil litigation.
