Messner Reeves LLP was proud to serve as the Presenting Sponsor of the 19th annual National Conference of Vietnamese American Attorneys (NCVAA), held in Washington, D.C., May 2-4, 2025. This year’s theme “50 Years Forward” highlighted the 50th anniversary of the fall of Saigon.
Silicon Valley Associate Lindsey Pho concluded her term as the President of the NCVAA at this year’s conference, capping off a successful year of leadership. She was joined at the event by Partner Ann Nguyen. Congressman Derek Tran provided the keynote speech for the Saturday evening gala event.
The NCVAA’s mission is multifold, aiming to promote the education and professional development of Vietnamese Americans in the legal community; support research and education on legal issues of significance to the Vietnamese American community; and to provide a national network for Vietnamese American attorneys to exchange ideas relating to the legal profession.
Lindsey Pho is an Associate in the Intellectual Property and Corporate practice groups, and has years of experience in corporate litigation, in both federal and state courts, involving a wide spectrum of matters including patent and trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, wage and hour violations, breach of contract disputes and related tort actions.
Ann Nguyen is a Partner in the Silicon Valley office who provides advice, counseling and representation in federal and state courts in commercial, employment and trusts/estates matters. Her clients include individuals and companies in the health care, real estate, high tech as well as the food and spirits industries.
