The piece focused on a panel discussion held at the 2024 Fast Casual Executive Summit, which was moderated by Michelle Harden and on which Amy Huff served as a panelist. Other panelists included professionals and CEOs in the restaurant industry.
As part of the discussion Amy spoke on the necessity for restaurateurs to engage a lawyer, particularly when it comes to leases, noting that “nine times out of 10, something that happens down the line could have been avoided and it will be much more expensive,” without an attorney involved.
