Congratulations to our Denver & New York City Partner Katherine Otto for being recognized as a Super Lawyer.
As a trial attorney, Otto’s practice is dedicated to professional malpractice litigation and defense of licensure before state licensing boards. She has represented every level of healthcare licensure across multiple disciplines, including medical, chiropractic, dental, podiatry, mental health and veterinary medicine. Passionate about mentorship and professional development throughout the firm, she regularly conducts in-house training sessions for new associates and colleagues.
When she’s not practicing law, Otto remains an active member of the legal community with involvement in the Medical Liability Committee for the Defense Research Institute (DRI) and as the Marketing Chair for Medical Liability and Healthcare annual conference. With her love of dogs, Otto regularly volunteers with non-profit dog rescue, Big Dogs Huge Paws. She has three Newfoundlands, and she fosters giant breeds in search of a forever home.
